All material on the site is the property of Rankin SWAG or their represented artists, unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, download, post, make available to the public, or otherwise use content from Rankin SWAG in any way, except for personal, non-commercial use.

On entering this site, you also agree to not adapt, alter or create a derivative work from the site content except for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You agree to use Rankin SWAG for only lawful purposes, and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of Rankin SWAG. Prohibited behaviour includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within Rankin SWAG.

ARTIST CONTRIBUTIONS 

Where you are invited to submit any contribution to Rankin SWAG, you agree (in submitting your contribution) to grant Rankin SWAG the right to reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, play, make available to the public, and/or to incorporate your contribution in other works, in any media now known or later developed - unless otherwise stated through signed representation/loan/syndication or other agreement between Rankin SWAG and artist. 

You warrant that your contribution:

  • Is your own original work and that you have the right to make it available for the purposes specified above

  • Is not defamatory

  • Does not infringe any law

You agree to indemnify Rankin SWAG against all legal fees, damages, and other expenses that may be incurred as a result of your breach of the above warranty.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

CHANGES

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
